Use the Forms Below When Applying for Bail Bonds

To Get Your Application Processed:
1. Please fill out and fax or email us our three required forms.
2. Fill out the application and click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.
3. Please call us after step #1 and #2 are complete. After we review your forms and application, we will instruct you to go to the PAYMENT section on this page and initiate the payment process.
But PLEASE DO NOT start the payment process until we have discussed your forms.

Payee agrees that by selecting the pay button a bond will be posted for defendant in the amount of $____ (to be determined).
Payee also understands that once the bond is posted all monies paid for that bond will not be refunded.
Defendant understands that they must report to Texas Bail Bonds within 24 hours of their jail release.
In the event a bond is not posted you will receive all of your money back with the exception of $10 processing fee.
